For the third consecutive year, the Rotary Club of Meridian was joined by Rotarians from across the District to host a BBQ for the RYLA camper on Friday July 31st. The BBQ is a welcoming party where RYLA camp leaders and Rotarians greet RYLA campers with the goal to kick off their camp experience with joyful moments and a shared meal. RYLA is about Rotarians working with youth in leadership development, an intensive training program for high schoolers who are going to be juniors and seniors, chosen for their potential leadership abilities.
RYLA provides a memorable opportunity to learn, grow, have fun, and make new friends. As RYLA encourages and the ideal of service and leadership, there are opportunities to support the camp and campers. Learn more about RYLA and ways to connect.
